Why do some people feel completely wiped out after drinking, while others seem to recover much faster? 🍷

For some, it may be more than just alcohol tolerance.

Alcohol can deplete key nutrients involved in methylation, energy production, detoxification, and neurological health, including folate, B12, B6, and magnesium.
