Our philosophy has always been to offer personalized, comprehensive healthcare that is based on evidence. Our team offers four board certified Family Nurse Practitioners, who are professional, friendly, courteous and confidential. Our providers have muliple degrees and a wealth of exp

At Landmark Family Healthcare, we don’t just call ourselves a family practice, 𝙬𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙩. We share holidays, inside jokes, and yes…occasionally the same parking spot. 🤠

We’re so grateful for every patient who walks through our door. You’re the whole reason our amazing crew shows up every day (especially on the Friday before a full moon.)
