Mercury retrograde in Cancer is finally clocking out, and honestly… some of us deserve a trophy, a nap, and a full emotional-system reboot.

This one was not just missed texts and weird technology. Oh no. Cancer said: “Let’s revisit every feeling you thought you processed, every family trigger, every old memory, every money worry, and every person who suddenly reappeared with a ‘hey stranger.’” Cute. Exhausting. Rude. 🦀📱

If you felt extra tired, emotional, foggy, overstimulated, nostalgic, or like your energy had been leaking out through twelve open tabs in your soul… you were feeling it. Mercury in Cancer pulls communication into the deep waters: home, heart, safety, belonging, boundaries, and the emotional receipts you tried to shove in a drawer.

I tried a **bungee fitness workout** with the amazing Julia at **Fly into Fitness in Windham, New Hampshire**—and let’s just say my body had opinions. 😂💪

I went in thinking, “Cute. I’m strapped into a bungee… how hard can this be?” 🤸‍♀️
Apparently: **very hard, very sweaty, very core-focused, and very humbling.** 😅🔥

We learned the basics, worked on foundational techniques, bounced, flew, squatted, and activated muscles I clearly have not been introducing properly. 😂 My abs stayed sore for days, so yes… it was absolutely a real workout. 🔥

The best part? It is **so much fun** and surprisingly easy on the joints. You get the challenge, cardio, strength, core work, and the feeling that you are a slightly uncoordinated superhero learning to fly. 🦸‍♀️✨

I love adding new things into my wellness routine, especially when they push me out of my comfort zone. Growth does not always look graceful, ladies. Sometimes it looks like trying to bounce without face-planting. 🤣

I am definitely going back! If anyone wants to join me, let me know—we can book a private class for up to **six girls** and make it a whole flying fitness moment. 👯‍♀️💃
