Getting ready for baby? A little preparation can go a long way.

HCA HealthONE Esprit OB/GYN Center is proud to partner with HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge, home to The Birth Place, which welcomes more babies than any other hospital in South Metro Denver.

Expecting parents can take advantage of helpful childbirth and newborn education classes at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge, including Baby 101: Preparing for Your Newborn. This in-person class is designed to help parents feel more confident as they get ready to bring baby home.

From feeding and soothing to diapering, bathing and newborn care basics, it’s a great way to learn, ask questions and feel a little more prepared for the big day.

How well do you know Dr. Sarah Logan?

Dr. Logan brings more than two decades of experience caring for women through many stages of life, from contraception and routine gynecologic care to pregnancy, high-risk obstetrics and surgical care.

Her approach is rooted in partnership. She works with patients to help them understand their options and make meaningful choices about their care, whether they are planning a family, navigating pregnancy, considering birth control or facing a gynecologic concern.

And while her medical background is impressive, there’s a very Colorado side to Dr. Logan, too. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, fishing and camping with her family.

We are excited to share that our practice is relocating to a newly renovated suite within the same building on the campus of HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge. The larger, updated suite is conveniently located on the garden/ground level, providing easier access and an enhanced experience for our patients and visitors.

Summer and pregnancy can be a beautiful combination, but heat, travel and busy schedules can make it extra important to listen to your body.

If you are pregnant, remember to drink plenty of water, take breaks from the heat, wear comfortable shoes, use sunscreen and call your OB if you experience symptoms such as dizziness, swelling that feels sudden or severe, contractions, decreased fetal movement or anything that does not feel right.
