New October Offering: October is my birthday month and I want to celebrate it by focusing on acceptance. Radical Acceptance as a skill and concept is my #1 tool in therapy and for myself in this healing profession and journey. For years I’ve been wanting to have a journaling group focused on this concept. But it’s a difficult topic for folks to focus on. I know. I get it. And, it’s the doorway to making it through our suffering and into the life we want to live.

Los invito! I invite you to be in BIPOC community while learning about how acceptance helps in reducing our suffering. I invite you to explore what acceptance looks like for you in your own powerful words and writing.
