Each doula’s practice may vary slightly depending on their training, certification and personal approach but the core focus remains on providing comprehensive support to parents during the transformative experience of childbirth and early parenthood.

In one day we have:

24 diapers (at least)   
Endless laundry  
Meal prep  
Dishwashing  
House cleaning  
  
And behind the whole operation to keep everything going smoothly, there is one mom running the show. One mom who sleeps the bare minimum to stay functional, who skips a shower to make sure the kids are nice and clean, who sacrifices a very much needed to pump and make sure these pre-term babies are getting their liquid gold.  
  
Today we received a beautiful milk donation from the angel that brought the biggest smile to this mom's face while she said "there are still good people in this world."  
So let us re-learn how to support fellow women and build the village we all deserve and need to thrive.

I will use my voice and skills to spread awareness, love and inspiration around by sharing some of my journey that have led me to grow a great passion for feminine energy and its wonders.

Growing up around a warm family environment with lots of new mothers and babies made me naturally develop a deep a love for childbirth and women's care. It takes a village to raise a child and I want to be part of your village!
