Hello everyone! I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to anyone who may be new to our page or has not had a chance to meet me yet.

My name is Jennifer Weber and I am the owner of Magnolia Aesthetics and Wellness, along with my husband, Drew Weber, who is also the supervising physician for our clinic. I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2004 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and have worked in primary care, urgent care, cardiology, dermatology, and aesthetics over the years.

Before opening Magnolia, I managed a large aesthetic center in Nashville that specialized in lasers and injectables. Helping people look and feel their best, both inside and out, has always been my passion.

One thing that is very important to me is taking my time with each client. I never want anyone to feel rushed or pressured. I want people to look refreshed, natural, and like the best version of themselves. I also understand that treatments can be an investment, so I always try to be thoughtful about budget and create treatment plans that fit each client’s goals, comfort level, and lifestyle.

On a personal note, Drew and I have three children, ages 5 Jojo, 9 John Oliver, and 10 Jazzy, so life outside of work is busy, loud, and usually centered around soccer games, school activities, and being on the go. Most days I feel like I am constantly moving from one thing to the next. My hair is usually a mess, and between work, kids, and running a business, I understand what it feels like to be tired and stretched thin sometimes.

As moms, wives, and busy women, I think we are all guilty of putting ourselves last. I completely understand that feeling. But I also want to encourage other moms to take time for themselves too, whether that is sauna, a massage, facial, or simply an hour to relax and recharge. You deserve that time too.

I am so proud of the team we have built at Magnolia. Every person who works with us shares the same mindset of putting clients first, educating, listening, and helping people feel comfortable and cared for. Over the next several weeks, we will be introducing each member of our “dream team” so you can get to know everyone a little better.
