Home care focuses on everyday assistance, such as companionship, meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and routine support.

Home health provides skilled medical services that may include nursing, therapy, wound care, and medical monitoring.

For some older adults, both types of care may work together to provide more complete support at home.

| Where It All Began. 💙

Every journey has a beginning, and this was one of ours. This photo takes us back to 2010, when we started holding community in-service programs dedicated to educating seniors and their families.

At the center of it all was our CEO, Ms. Merj, helped shape the mission we continue to live out today.

Since then, and up to now, our commitment has never changed—to empower seniors to remain independent and preserve their dignity.

Nearly two decades later, we’re still doing what we set out to do: making a meaningful difference, one educational program at a time.

Hot weather can increase the risk of dehydration—especially for older adults.

Stay healthy this summer by:
💧 Drinking water regularly
🍉 Eating water-rich fruits
🥤 Limiting sugary drinks and caffeine
🌿 Staying cool indoors during peak heat

Watch for signs like dry mouth, dizziness, dark-colored urine, fatigue, or headache.

A few simple habits can make a big difference in keeping you and your loved ones safe this summer! 💙
