Tough conversation is the common denominator why relationships are in crisis, conflict or at the brink of breaking up. Fear and judgement is why most people run from conflict. Conflict allows us to open our minds up to another perspective and an opportunity to grow.....

The most detrimental mistske is the avoidance of self conflict and the fear of having the important talks with self which is known as self awareness and deep self reflection. If we deal with the self conflict then we will not cringe at having the tough conversations with another. Couple and self intimacy leads you down a road of being open to vulnerability and transparency. Once you feel safe to be vulnerable and transparent, authenticity will organically happen. Note: Everyone doesnt deserve your vulnerability but knowing self will provide you with the desernment to know who does. Authenticity is essential to an effective result when ushering in the tough conversation. Whether it’s a tough conversation needed in our personal or professional relationships-it’s necessary to desire a happy and healthy relationship and do the necessary work to achieve it. Lets switch our focus for a moment to our professional goals and needs. Business Intimacy is necessary and a tough conversation to begin. Most business owners don't think of business as being intimate but on the contrare.....when you connect deeper to your client/customer, you become a better entrepreneur, leader, sales person and have a better understanding of your products and customer needs. The common goal of business owners is lifelong customers and referrals-we can show you how to do it through our business intimacy course. The complexities that often exist in both types of relationship are in need of an expert that is well versed in navigating through the challenges of a relationship. Coaching others with the tools necessary to break up or away from a personal or business relationship that may be toxic to their overall well being is key to work/life balance. To my beautiful Mom, my heart, and one of my greatest blessings. You have stood beside me, worked alongside me, and poured your love into almost every retreat I've ever hosted, often putting your own needs aside to help bring my vision to life. But this time, my heart was so full because I finally got to watch you simply rest, receive, and take in the beauty of an experience you have helped create for so many others.

Celebrating your belated birthday after the retreat made it even more special, because if anyone deserves to be celebrated, cherished, and poured into, it's YOU! No gift, experience, or words could ever be enough to thank you for all you've sacrificed, all you've given, and all the ways you've loved me throughout my life.
