💛 Happy Grandparent’s Day from Twigs to Trees! 🌱

There’s something so special about seeing generations come together. Our little learners welcomed grandparents and loved ones to Twigs to Trees for a beautiful Grandparents Day celebration filled with love, smiles and special moments.

We loved giving the people who mean so much to our children a little glimpse into their world. Thank you to every grandparent and loved one who joined us and made the day so memorable.

🥕 Look What We Grew at Twigs to Trees! 🌱

Our toddlers planted carrots in their garden and watched them grow from tiny seeds into the real thing! After lots of watering, waiting and caring, they finally got to see the results of all their hard work.

Just look at those adorable carrots and those proud little faces! Our little gardeners did that and we’re so proud of them! 👏🏾🥰

☀️ End of Summer Fun! 🐶⛵🍓

Our preschoolers have been busy making, creating and exploring at Twigs to Trees! From cuddling puppies and building boats with their families, to painting, creating and making their own fruit salad ice cream cones, there were so many opportunities to investigate, problem-solve and try something new.

Summer may be winding down now but the fun and learning aren’t going anywhere! We’re stepping into fall ready for even more adventures together.

Our Tiny Twigs have been building their soccer skills with Coach KB! From warm-up games and practicing tiny kicks to feeding the “ball bag monster,” each session keeps our toddlers moving, engaged and excited to participate. ⚽️

Our Sprouting Seedlings have been busy exploring water in all kinds of ways at Twigs to Trees! From splashing and painting to colorful water play and discovering the cool feel of ice, each experience brings new textures, temperatures and colors to touch, see and feel. Ms. Capriesha made homemade enchiladas for our little learners, prepared with the same love and care that goes into every meal we serve and they were a hit!

Our preschoolers had an incredible month of July filled with exciting hands-on experiences! From kicking off their first Soccer Shots sessions to becoming little chefs in cooking class, meeting fascinating reptiles and exploring different cultures, every activity encouraged curiosity, confidence and joyful learning.

Whether they were building gross motor skills on the soccer field, strengthening fine motor skills in the kitchen, discovering amazing animals or celebrating the unique qualities that make us all special, our preschoolers embraced every opportunity to learn through play and exploration.

We can’t wait to see where their curiosity takes them next!

Cooking Up Something Special! 👨🏾‍🍳

Last month, our toddlers became little chefs as they prepared fruit bowls, fresh lemonade, vegan cupcakes and flourless pancakes.

While they were having fun measuring, pouring, stirring, mixing and serving, they were also building important skills like fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, early math and science concepts, problem-solving and teamwork. Every recipe was filled with opportunities to practice patience, communication, confidence and independence. Every recipe was also an opportunity to learn, grow and have fun together.
