today we are so proud to announce another HUGE milestone! 1200 CLASSES!!! Amy O'Grady ✨🔥💪🏼👏🏼

When we asked Amy why she comes to core 95 almost everyday, she responded: “I walked into Core95 (the original location) for the first time on a whim bc I am always up for a new exercise experience. But at Core I found something I didn’t even know I needed, a place to be mindful, to slow down, and to breathe. Yes, all the incredible instructors kick my butt on the daily, and I love it! But, I am more grateful for the strong mind, than for the strong body. Eternal gratitude to this tribe.”

Today our first ever tribe member to hit 95 classes back in 2019 has now hit 1500 classes! We are so incredibly proud of her physical and mental strength! ✨👏🏼🔥💪🏼♥️

When asked why she started to come to core 95 and why she continues to come to core 95, Bernee responded: “I started going in 2019 because I left a sales job and manifested that all I would do that summer is go to the beach and workout. I had not worked out in over 18
Years because I was recovering from Guillane-Barre syndrome. This past year after my husband Jason’s passing, working out at core 95 was mental therapy to go back and be strong for my children. Being at core 95 helped my grieving process with the loving community you guys built, it was easy motivation to get out off my bed & manifest all good things ahead xoxo”

This Friday marks an anniversary of one the saddest days we have ever felt as a country. The owners of Core 95 wanted to remember and honor all those men and women who went to work that beautiful September day and never returned home. So Sept 11th 2026, Core 95 will donate 💯 of our profits to Tunnel To Towers Foundation. We do this as our way to honor those who passed away too soon and too tragically, and to remind us of the men and women who came together to support each other and worked to lift each up through those difficult times. Please wear red, white and blue this Friday to show our unity as a tribe!
