October marks , and we’re thrilled to engage our residents with enjoyable PT exercises during recreation time! Our routine consists of easy movements such as Arm Raises, Shoulder Rolls, Marching in Place, Side Bends, Punches, Arm & Ankle Circles, Chest Presses, Trunk Twists, and Deep Breathing. Each exercise presents a wonderful opportunity to remain active while having fun!
