😄I am so excited to be partnering with Westonka Community Education to provide parenting and mental health support in our area!

🧠 The start of school brings with it excitement as well as anxiety for some. I will be providing some education and practical ways for parents to help grow confident kids- of various ages!

⏰ There is a lunchtime and evening time option for each age group- I am looking forward to meeting you!

🙋🏼‍♀️Anyone ever impatient?

🤷🏼‍♀️ I ponder (obsess and worry) about how to grow my new therapy business. I know what I want to happen and at times I want to force growth. And unfortunately that is not how growth happens- for businesses OR humans, plants and animals. And there are so many areas of growth: emotional,physical, spiritual, financial, relational…
I gave myself my own advice, “Don’t move so fast you risk what you haven’t even built yet.” I reminded myself to slow down and enjoy the process. I JUST OPENED A PRIVATE PRACTICE!! This reminder has given me a new sense of joy and peace.

And so it is with raising a family, “Don’t move so fast that you risk what you haven’t even built yet.”

💪I am an IronWoman! And… I don’t always feel like it.

I have completed 2 Ironman distance triathlons (2.1 mi swim, 112 mi bike, 26.2 mi run- YES all in the same day!) and these have been two of my most fulfilling accomplishments!

😩AND somedays I feel so weak. Like life in general is a struggle. Starting a business is a struggle. The day to day “stuff” is a struggle.

✨YET, I remember what I am capable of… what we all are capable of. I chose to do 2 Ironman triathlons because it seemed ABSOLUTELY impossible- at least for ME. But I did it. Twice.

💚🍅 “Don’t you say NEVER to me!”

🙅‍♀️What is your “can’t”? Because based on my personal experience, I think you CAN. I think I can.
