Turn your post-ride treat session into a flexibility-boosting game!

These simple rounding exercises help your horse stay supple through the neck and back—leading to better movement, a happier ride, and extra support between bodywork or chiro visits.

✅ Start with them standing fairly square
✅ Use bait (aka snacks) to guide the stretch
✅ Hold it for a few seconds
✅ Repeat 3–5 times each side

Do these after work while they’re warm for max benefit. Slow and steady—don’t rush the reach!
