The CommonSpirit Health Community Health Improvement Grants are now accepting applications from local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that are dedicated to improving community health and promoting health equity. This grant opportunity supports programs focused on the priority health needs identified through our Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA).
