For more than 19 years, we have offered a wide range of bodywork services. Our specialities include relaxing hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, calming pre-natal massage, ashiatsu, neuromuscular massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, CranioSacral massage and medical massage. It's been less than 1 week since we moved Be Well into our expanded location on Mountain View Ave. Wow! Thank you all so much for the outpouring of support!

We have loved welcoming our massage clients into these treatment rooms and we are excited to continue nesting into this space. Soon we will be hanging art, bringing in more plants, and honing in on all the loving details that make a space of healing cozy, relaxing, and inviting.

Today is bittersweet. đź’›

We’re officially saying goodbye to our Coffman Street office — the place where so many memories were made, dreams were built, and this next chapter began. From long days to exciting milestones, this space has held a lot of heart for our team.

This weekend, we’re moving into a new chapter, and while it’s hard to leave this location behind, we’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us here on Coffman Street. We can’t wait to welcome you into our new space soon. ✨

As we guide the transformation of this building, we are restoring a space that holds a legacy of healing for the Longmont community. We are imbuing the building with intention. Keeping meaningful mementos of the past and adding new.

and .longmont helped us to choose the perfect selection of crystals to infuse with intention before sealing them into the foundation. helped us to secure them in just the right places around the building before smoothing out all the flatwork.

đź‘‹ Say "hello" to John Herman of Herman Construction. John is the general contractor bringing our newly expanded Be Well location to life! With more than 42 years of experience and an elevated eye for design, something we've loved about working with John is the way he responds to creative ideas by saying "let me figure out how to do that." John is a local to Longmont and has helped us fulfill a mission of bringing on as many local businesses as possible. As well as recycling and repurposing all the job site materials that might otherwise have gone to a landfill. This project wouldn't be made possible without him.

Do you want to take a peek at our mood board for the new, expanded location? We're embracing biophilic design for the entire space, pulling inspiration from all natural elements.

Driftwood, deep botanical, warm sand, rich walnut, natural linen, soft sage, and slate stone.

Biophilic design brings natural elements, materials, and forms into built environments to enhance health and well-being. The practice is rooted in our innate urge to connect with nature. It combines direct experiences with nature like sunlight, plants, and water with indirect nature-like elements like organic shapes and natural materials to create more peaceful and healing spaces.
