Maybe you’re not inconsistent.

Maybe you’re trying to create consistency from a place of imbalance.

For years, I thought I lacked discipline.

I could show up for clients.

Meet deadlines.

Finish certifications.

But exercise consistently?

Meditate every day?

Follow through on things that were just for me?

Not so much.

What I’ve come to realize is that consistency isn’t just about willpower.

It’s a nervous system issue.

And from an Ayurvedic perspective, it can also be a Vata issue.

When Vata is high, we crave stimulation, novelty, inspiration, and movement.

We start the project.
Buy the planner.
Join the gym.
And then...
It fizzles.

The irony?
The thing that feels most restrictive—routine—is often the medicine.

A little more rhythm.
A little more repetition.
A little more grounding.
Not perfection.

Just enough consistency to help your nervous system settle.

Because consistency creates consistency.

Every small repeated action teaches your brain:
“This is who we are now.”

Maybe you don’t need more discipline.

Maybe you need a little less Vata.

I’m serious 🧐

Not because cleaning magically manifests money, but because clutter creates stagnant energy.

And honestly? Clutter is stressful for the nervous system even when you’ve learned to ignore it.

Start small:
✨ your purse
✨ your wallet
✨ your junk drawer
✨ your email inbox
✨ your desk
✨ your car

Especially clean the places where money interacts with your life.

When you start cleaning, you’ll often find weird little pockets of emotional energy:
old bills
old journals
old relationships
old fear

Things that make you stop and think:
“Why do I STILL have this??”

Sometimes holding onto stuff is about much more than stuff.

It can be a trauma response.

A fear of not having enough.

A fear of running out.

A fear that you won’t be supported.

So start gently.

Ask:
“Divine, where should I begin?”

Set a timer for 15 minutes.

And let that be enough for today 🩷

Receiving whatever you want gets a lot easier when you are relaxed with soft hands and not grasping with a tight grip 😘

Try this practice:

On the inhale: Breathing in I trust.
On the exhale: Breathing out I let go.

One day money is there. The next day it’s gone.

You’re walking on eggshells, never sure if you can count on it.

It makes you anxious when you think about it, ashamed when you spend it, and powerless when you avoid it.

So you chase it. You grasp at it.

And then you ignore it... skip checking your bank account, hope your partner is handling it, and cross your fingers that it’ll all somehow work out.

It’s exhausting. And feels totally out of control.

Because money is always there, whispering in the background, shaping every decision and mood.

Here’s the truth: if your relationship with money feels unsafe, no amount of money will ever be enough to make you feel safe.

Winning the lottery won’t fix it.

A big inheritance won’t fix it.

A windfall commission can't fix it.

Because the issue isn't the money.

But here’s the good news: you can change it.

You can build a relationship with money that feels secure, calm, and reliable.

One where you trust yourself and trust money to be there for you.

Where checking your account doesn’t spike your heart rate or make your palms sweat.

Where bills don’t throw you into panic.

Where spending feels fun and conscious instead of guilt-ridden.

Where money becomes a partner you can lean on instead of fear.

Although you were unknowingly thrown into this relationship, you do have the power to make the relationship feel like you want it to feel.

Full of trust and confidence.

And you can finally feel at peace with the one relationship you’ll never leave.

This is exactly what we do inside Awakened Wealth.

If your relationship with money feels anxious, chaotic, or like you can never quite trust it, this program is where that changes.

In Awakened Wealth, you’ll rewire the way you relate to money so it finally feels safe, supportive, and steady. You’ll learn how to calm the worry, clear the unconscious blocks, and step into a relationship with money that actually nurtures you back.

Because when you feel secure with money, you get your peace, joy, and energy back, and from that place, more money flows naturally.
