Why do Japanese sit on the floor? What is the advantage? 🤔
Kids have incredible flexibility and sit in ways that we can’t as adults . Why? Because we stop using our flexibility and our bodies stiffen up . We no longer have ability to get off the floor without help . Why? Not because we aged , it’s because we stopped using our flexibility and the bodies stiffen up . You are not too old ,you are too stiff! Don’t say you can’t do yoga or you can’t stretch . You can but it will take time to get your flexibility back. Go slow and start now. Start with sitting on the floor and slowly getting back up .

My breakfast isn’t always picture perfect , but it always has protein. Starting out my day with a big sustaining meal. I drink at least 12-16 ounces of water first thing before coffee. My coffee is an organic roast. I add a splash of oat milk , cinnamon, tumeric and ginger . My eggs are organic pasture raised with grilled peppers , onions and a 1/2 piece of bacon , everything bagel seasoning and tomato. My fruit bowl is mixed berries with a scoop of greens powder, Orgain protein powder and a splash of water .
I will be full of vitamins, minerals and protein first thing . This will last me 3-4 hours . I will then have a homemade peanut butter protein ball. I eat a late lunch of grilled chicken and green beans . I drink 40 ounces of water throughout my work day and ride home .

People hear me say I work out everyday and think I work out for hours . Honestly I eat high protein and a clean diet and I get away with walking less than 10,000 steps and working out 15-35 minutes a day with weights or body weight exercises. I drink 🍷 and eat chocolate and potato chips but healthier options of them. I don’t have some inherited skinny jean either. Put in a little effort and patience and get results . I am here to help you just ask.

I highly recommend watching on YouTube Mens Health with Jelly Roll.
His accomplishments without GLP1 drugs is amazing and shows true strength and dedication. If he could do what he did so can you!
