It's time for another Tuesday!
"Earlier this year, my life changed in ways I never could have imagined. I spent weeks in the hospital, underwent multiple spine surgeries, and faced complication after complication. I went from being independent and active to barely being able to walk with a walker or do the simplest tasks without assistance.
My PT team met me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. They celebrated the small victories, stuck by me on the days when I wanted to give up, and never let me forget how far I had come. What once felt impossible gradually became possible.
My journey wasn’t easy, linear, or quick, but my team helped me rebuild my strength, balance, endurance, and confidence.
I’ve returned to working as a nurse doing the job I love and I’m slowly making my way back to spin class and bootcamp—all of these things once felt so far out of reach.
