One of the tricks to avoid dehydration is to get up at the crack of dawn and do whatever it is you want to do outside, then plan the really hot sunny hours indoors. You can head back out towards evening, especially in shade.

That way you won't have to come see us tomorrow and put a $150 dent in your available credit. 🤣

We're right about there... the finish line of the really brutal heat.

It's still just September, so it isn't done yet, but we're close.

Remember when you're going out on the lake, playing pickleball, enjoying a round of golf, or hanging out at the pool, the WORST part of the race is the very end.

If you can get through it though, the end is near and it's going to be glorious. Stay hydrated, stay in the shade, enjoy the air conditioning when you can, and get an IV if you need it.
