We Stand With Small Businesses.
As a small business ourselves, we know what it takes to build something from the ground up. That's why we stand with small businesses across the country that are facing expensive trademark lawsuits from large corporations.

In our opinion, it's wrong when small, family-owned businesses are forced to spend their time and money defending themselves instead of serving their communities. Many of these businesses say they've used their names or logos for years, and some even claim they were using them before Buc-ee's became the company it is today.
Whether you agree or disagree with the legal arguments, it's hard not to recognize the financial burden these lawsuits can place on small businesses.
If standing with small businesses means adding our name to the list, then so be it. We'd rather stand together than stay silent.
Small businesses built America. Let's support them—not bury them in lawsuits.
