🏅 Another year attending the East Texas Senior Games is officially in the books!

This year's theme was Mario Kart, and our residents were ready to race into a day filled with fun, laughter, and friendly competition. While we may not have brought home the overall trophy this year, our residents brought home several medals, and the smiles, memories, and joy shared throughout the day were worth far more than any award. 🏁🍄⭐

A huge thank you to the East Texas Silver Citizens Coalition for putting together such an outstanding event for seniors. We are also incredibly grateful to Premier Home Care and Sheila Saintignan Bogue for providing lunch for our crew and helping make the day even more special.

A special thank you as well to Barbara McClellan for her patience and dedication in leading our choir during the National Anthem ceremonies. We truly appreciate the time and care she invests in helping our residents shine. 🎶❤️

Days like these remind us that it's not about who wins—it's about staying active, making memories, building friendships, and enjoying every moment together. We can't wait to do it all again next year! 🎉🏅

Residents enjoyed an afternoon filled with refreshing lemonade, juicy watermelon, fun-filled trivia, delicious cupcakes, and plenty of fabulous prizes! 🎉🧁🍋 The room was filled with laughter, smiles, and excitement as everyone celebrated the start of a brand-new season together. 😊💛

🍽️✨ Mr. Joe is always ready for an outing — especially when it includes a great meal! 😊 This week, residents took a trip to McKay's Ranch House where everyone enjoyed their delicious all-you-can-eat buffet.

The food was wonderful, the fellowship was even better, and the smiles around the table truly said it all! 💛 It was a delightful outing filled with laughter, conversation, and special memories shared together.
