Meet Dr. Jaden Borders!
Jaden grew up in Northeast Texas in the Paris, TX area and graduated from Prairiland High School in Pattonville, TX as Salutatorian. He attended Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a 4.0 GPA. While working on his undergraduate degree, he was involved in several clubs and worked as a student mentor and tutor. Jaden then attended the Southern College of Optometry (SCO), where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Optometry.
During his optometry school training and internships, he worked in a primary eye care clinic in New Hampshire as well as the Ralph H. Johnson VA Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. Jaden and his wife Jess enjoyed their time traveling the states for his education, but ultimately decided they were happiest in their home state of Texas.
He enjoys playing and watching basketball, going on walks with his wife and their dog, Koda, and spending time with friends and family. He is excited to be back home and caring for our community. He plans to provide care in general optometry, specialty contact lens fittings, ocular disease management, and dry eye care.
