As a former collegiate athlete, doctor and father of four Gladney babies, adoption has blessed our home, but with that comes challenges of the unknown. Chiropractic however, gives us the tools and certainty to address these unknowns by understanding that regardless of what happened in the past - a healthy, stress free nervous system can restore, reconnect, and release your healing potential. Did you know yesterday was the first day of fall—even though it definitely didn’t feel like it? 🥵🍂

Before long, the temperatures will cool down, the sun will set earlier, and the holidays will be in full swing. Unfortunately, so will stuffy noses, coughs, and sick kiddos.
