A patient messaged me this today and it made me chuckle. It’s wild how many people walk around with constant neck tightness and just assume it’s normal. Then when it finally loosens up, they’re like… wait, it’s *not* supposed to feel like that all the time?

If your neck always feels stiff, tight, or like it needs to “pop,” you’re definitely not the only one. Anyone else deal with this on a regular basis?
