There are some spots in our story that don't seem to let go.

Maybe it's the anxiety that shows up even when everything is okay.
The panic that makes no sense.
The relationship that ended years ago, but your heart still braces for.
The childhood experiences you've worked so hard to move past... yet your body still responds like they're happening today.
You've done the work.
You've talked it through.
You've learned the coping skills.
You know all the "right" answers.
So why do you still feel stuck?
Because sometimes healing isn't about trying harder.

Sometimes there's simply a deeper spot asking to be noticed.
At Dalmatian Place, we believe behavior is a clue.
Emotions are clues.
Even the places where we feel stuck are clues.
They're all spots pointing us toward something that still deserves compassion—not judgment.
Brainspotting offers a different way of listening.
Not just to your thoughts.....but to the places your nervous system has been carrying for far too long.
It isn't about forcing yourself to relive your pain.
It isn't about finding better words.
It's about creating enough safety for your brain and body to do what they've been trying to do all along: heal.
If you've been thinking,
"I've tried everything, but something still feels unfinished,"
maybe that feeling isn't failure.
Maybe it's just the next spot waiting to be explored.
💛 Healing doesn't always begin with answers.
Sometimes it begins by simply noticing the spot that's been asking for your attention all along.

At Dalmatian Place, we are passionate about meeting the needs of our Neurodivergent friends in the community.
AutPlay is an incredible modality that supports that desire and Miss Jess is trained in AutPlay and is currently working on the process to fbe fully AutPlay certified 💗
