💙 Meet Your Patient Care Coordinators! 💙
If you’ve ever called Visiting Angels looking for care for yourself or a loved one, there’s a good chance you’ve spoken with one of us! 👋🏼
We’re Brianna & Allison, Patient Care Coordinators at Visiting Angels, and we wanted to put some faces to the names and share a little about what we do!
We’re often one of the first points of contact for families looking for services. We answer initial questions, explain the services Visiting Angels offers, and help guide families through the intake process to get care started.
But our job doesn’t stop once services begin! 💙 We continue to follow our clients throughout their time with us, checking in to make sure they’re happy with their care, addressing any concerns, and completing home visits so we can make sure everything continues to go smoothly.
We also help qualifying Veterans and surviving spouses navigate the process of accessing benefits that may help cover the cost of home care. 🇺🇸 And for families with long-term care insurance policies, we can help navigate that process as well.
From that very first phone call to ongoing care, our goal is to be a familiar point of contact you can turn to with questions, concerns, or anything you may need along the way.
We love being able to help families find the support they need and continue being there for them once care begins. 💙😇
