Plan Life Care is in top 25% of all the best agencies in Florida.

Yet again, Plan Life Care, has received wonderful feedback. Not only is it good, but consistently good. By all feedback received we are at least the top 25% of all monitored Florida agencies. In some categories we in the top 5%.

Hello Everyone,

The Holidays are coming! In behalf of Partners in Healthcare, we would like everyone to be aware that we are closed for Thanksgiving from 12 PM Wednesday, November 27th until Monday, December 2nd 8:30 AM.

Of course, we will still have someone on call just in case of emergencies.
