We beat the rain and had a fantastic time seeing our favorite Lorain locals at Autumn Aegis Retirement Community’s Back To School Bash! ✏️ Thank you to those who came out and supported this great event, and we hope that you enjoyed the hand made goodies! We can’t wait to see you again in the Fall. 🍁

Did you know that exercise activities support heart health, muscle stretch, motor skills, and can improve balance? Best of all, they’re even better when done as a group! Social interactions bring an added enjoyment to keeping our bodies healthy and the extra motivation from our peers is just what we need!

We would like to thank Life A Dementia Friendly Foundation for allowing us to be a part of their weekly Wednesday activities! Our Clinician Tia, had a fantastic time working with so many amazing individuals. We look forward to seeing them again soon!

Make sure to enjoy the sunshine and get your own exercise in, and don’t forget to bring a friend!

Wellspring Home Health Care & Hospice enjoyed serving the community at Village Of The Falls for their Easter Event this past Saturday. We loved being a part of the Easter egg hunt and were thrilled to hand out three gift baskets to our lucky golden egg winners! 🐰🌷 Thank you to all that came out and participated!

🌼 Gratitude in Action at Pioneer Ridge 🌼
This week, our amazing Palliative Nurse Practitioner led a heartfelt talk on the power of Gratitude at Pioneer Ridge. 💙 Residents reflected on what they're grateful for, shared meaningful conversations, and each took home a custom gratitude jar to continue the practice daily.
The room was full of warmth, wisdom, and community — a true reminder that even small moments of reflection can bring deep peace and perspective.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and made this event so special. 💫

WellSpring Home Health Care and the residents at Pioneer Ridge had a beautiful time crafting their own flower bouquets in celebration of Mother's Day. 💐 The room was filled with laughter, creativity, and the sweet scent of fresh blooms.

Every bouquet was as unique and lovely as the hands that made them.
