Laying vertically along a long foam roll, towel roll or rolled up yoga mat is a fantastic way to reset your

When my clients complain of , , , I regularly assess their spinal alignment, and most folks need correcting. ---Think bad forward head posture ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ---

Simply lying along the foam roll and letting your arms drape by your side it's a great way to open up the front of the body! The pectorals tend to round and pull the spine forward, out of alignment and create a long list of problems up and down the chain.

Let's correct this!

I recommend my clients reset their posture every day, every evening would be ideal! 3 to 5 minutes. Listen to your favorite song, take some wonderful full breaths and you'll stand up feeling taller and reset!

Neck, chest and low back needing some love?!

Give yourself 50 seconds to unwind the tension we create in our bodies from a hectic day.

Sit at the edge of your chair, breathe with me and move your spine. Consider setting a timer, every hour, to pause and stretch!! --
You'll thank yourself at the end of the day!

๐Ÿ˜‰. Thank you for the request.

Belly breathing babies!!

Belly breathing is deep, intentional and restorative. It is a reset button we all have the power to use when we feel tense๐Ÿ˜, groggy๐Ÿ˜ด or agitated๐Ÿ˜ค.

Sit at the edge of your chair and join me!

Neutral spine. One โœ‹ on belly. One โœ‹ on chest. Send breath into your bellybutton. Let your belly expand. I dare you!!

Tell me how you felt after 10 breaths! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿค™

Knowledge is empowerment.

As soon as I was diagnosed I started finding all of the resources I could get my hands on, books, blogs, research articles.

In my latest blog post I put together a little list of my favorite books for coping with diagnosis, treatment and ways to make quality of life improvements in the meantime. These books are great for the patient and their families. โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ™

Writing out my feelings about removing the bandages after mastectomy was extremely heavy.

If you know me, you know I feel all the things. I've learned it's best for ME not to keep them in!

I'm not a writer. But, writing is saving me by giving me a purpose.

So I share my story of sadness turned acceptance with you:
