LOS ALAMOS I’m soo excited to offer this regular monthly, core/pelvic floor exercise class at the The Family YMCA - Los Alamos, NM starting April 24 at 10-11 at the Y express!! This is the first time I have offered this format! This will be a class focused on practicing the breathwork, mobility and stability/strength that I teach my patients/clients and talk about at my free seminars around the community!! 🤗 So come practice with me! And be my guest for the first class if you need! Just show up and come tell me you want to be my guest and you are welcome to try it out!! Can’t wait to see you there!!

It’s my birthday… AND St. Patty’s Day… sooo obviously we’re bringing the LUCK + the FIRE 🔥🍀

But let me be real with you for a second…

Your healing isn’t about luck.
It’s about support, strategy, and actually knowing what your body needs to feel safe and home. I found myself reflecting on the version of me who didn’t feel at home in her body.

The version of me who:
felt weak…
felt disconnected…
felt frustrated that no matter how much I “worked out,” something still felt off

The version of me who was told:
“this is just part of being a mom”
“just do kegels”
“everything looks fine”

But it didn’t feel fine.

So I recorded a birthday episode on the podcast sharing the biggest lessons my body has taught me about strength, healing, and actually listening instead of pushing through.

Because here’s the truth…

That version of me?
She’s the reason RESTORE exists.

Because I KNOW what it feels like to:
leak and feel embarrassed
have pain and feel confused
try everything and still not get results

And I also know what it feels like to come back home to your body…
to feel strong again
to feel connected again
to TRUST your body again
