Designed for rural programs, smaller organizations, healthcare and community-based providers, and agencies onboarding new staff, our trainings build a strong foundation in trauma, safety, resources, and survivor-centered support.

We’re excited to announce that Healing To You has received funding from Los Angeles County Supervisorial District 2, led by Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell, to expand access to trauma-informed mental health services for youth and teens.

This funding will help us provide free counseling and parent support to young people who have experienced or been exposed to violence or trauma, ensuring they have access to care in a safe, supportive environment.

We’re grateful for this investment in the healing and well-being of our young people and families.

Our services include individual and family counseling, parenting education and support, and specialized care for children birth to age 5.

Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Infant Massage Education, Trauma-Informed Play Therapy, and more.

We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, Carelon, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, and TriWest. Sliding scale options are also available.

Healing To You brings trauma-informed medical and mental health services directly to adults and children impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of trauma.

During Long Beach Gives, your donation will help us expand access to compassionate care for survivors and families in Long Beach, including mobile healthcare, mental health counseling, health screenings, advocacy, and connections to continued care.
