Every time you gather information to answer a question, that's research. We all do research to find answers to everyday questions like "how long will it rain tomorrow?" or "what time is that birthday party next week?"

Our question is, "What parts of a person's DNA influence whether they have autism?" We invite Black families to join the Autism Genetics & Human Diversity Project at UCLA to help us answer that question.
