If I had to choose one piece of advice after more than 15 years in the skin care industry that I would tell everyone, it would be very simple:

Don’t try to force your skin to change overnight. 💚

It’s natural that when we start to notice a visible unevenness, a growth, a rough spot or pigmentation, we want results as soon as possible.

And the internet doesn’t help us much in this regard.

Every day we see “before and after” photos, new trends, home remedies and products that promise results almost immediately. It’s easy to get the feeling that if you don’t see a dramatic change after three or four days, you’re doing something wrong.

In fact, your skin is a living organ and it needs time.

With any new routine, it’s important to monitor not only how your skin looks, but also how it feels.

Is it calm?

Isn’t it red?

Isn’t it too dry?

Is there any burning or unpleasant irritation?

These signals are often more important than trying to achieve the fastest possible visual result.

Another common mistake is using too much product. People naturally think that twice the amount will bring double the effect.

However, with targeted care, it doesn’t work that way.

It’s much more sensible to use a small amount, apply it precisely and regularly. If you’re using a new product, especially if you have sensitive skin, you can start with a smaller area and observe the reaction.

And one more thing that I repeat very often:

Don’t blindly remove unknown skin formations.

If you don’t know exactly what you have on your skin, or if the area is changing, bleeding, hurting or looking unusual, have it assessed by a professional first.

Good skin care is not about having twenty products at home.

It's about understanding your skin, choosing a simple routine, and knowing what we can safely do at home and what belongs in the hands of a dermatologist. 🌿

And that's exactly the idea I'd like to pass on on this page.

No unnecessary scares. No complicated procedures. Simple and understandable. 😊
