A few items that I disagree with this Harvard Health Publishing article, as there is an easily accessible, government-funded Vitamin D Symposium, which concluded that even individuals with adequate Vitamin D levels can still consume in upwards of 10K IU's/day and STILL not succumb to the supposed harmful effects of Vitamin D intake. Therefore, in my opinion, the primary ("BMJ") study that they reference were grievously low on the dosages, in addition to the poor selection of individuals (whom were already advanced in age) chosen for such a study. But, I'm not a Harvard professor, scientist or doctor, so what do I know? What's your take on this subject?
