Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Father,
You know the plans You have for me. Plans for welfare, not for evil. Plans to give me a future and a hope. Even when I can’t see it, You do. Even when it feels delayed, You are not late. I trust Your plans over my panic. I trust Your future over my fear. Thank You that my story is still being written by You.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

He knows the plan. And it’s good.
You have a future and a hope. Hold on to that.

Jeremiah 17:14

Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise.

Father,
Heal me, O Lord, I’m not asking people to heal me. I’m not begging medicine to heal me. I’m not relying on my own strength to heal me. I’m asking You, Lord. Because when You heal me, I shall be healed. Not maybe. Not possibly. Not temporarily. I shall be healed. Your healing is complete. Your healing is lasting. Your healing reaches places no doctor can touch. So I bring You my body. Touch every cell. Restore every system. Renew every organ. Heal what is broken. Heal what is sick. Heal what is weary. Heal what is hurting. You made me, so You know how to fix me.

Save me, and I shall be saved.
Lord, save me from this. Save me from fear that wants to consume me. Save me from anxiety that wants to choke me. Save me from despair that wants to drown me. Save me from the pit I cannot climb out of. Save me from the darkness that feels too heavy. Save me from myself when I’m my own worst enemy. When You save me, I shall be saved. Not half saved. Not barely saved. Completely saved. Delivered. Set free. Rescued. Pull me out, Lord. Lift my head. Plant my feet on solid ground. Because You are my salvation.

For You are my praise. Even before I see the healing, You are my praise. Even before I feel the saving, You are my praise. Even in the waiting, You are my praise. Even in the pain, You are my praise. Even when the answer is slow, You are my praise. I won’t praise You only when it’s over. I’ll praise You in the middle. I’ll praise You because You are worthy, not because my circumstances are perfect. My praise is not tied to my outcome. My praise is tied to who You are. And You are Healer. You are Savior. You are Faithful. You are Good.

Lord, I’ve tried to heal myself and failed. I’ve tried to save myself and fallen short. I’m done striving. I’m done pretending I’m okay. I’m done carrying what You never asked me to carry. So I give You my brokenness. I give You my sickness. I give You my wounds. I give You my fears. I give You my shame. I give You my past. I give You my future. Heal what’s been hurt. Save what’s been lost. Restore what’s been stolen.

If healing comes through doctors, I praise You.
If healing comes through prayer, I praise You.
If healing comes instantly, I praise You.
If healing comes slowly, I praise You.
Because You are my praise, not the method.

If saving comes through a miracle, I praise You.
If saving comes through endurance, I praise You.
If saving looks different than I expected, I praise You.
Because You are my praise, not the outcome.

I speak to my body now: Heal, in Jesus’ name.
I speak to my soul now: Be saved, in Jesus’ name.
I speak to my heart now: Praise Him, in Jesus’ name.

Thank You that when You heal me, I don’t have to wonder if it will last. I shall be healed.
Thank You that when You save me, I don’t have to fear I’ll fall again. I shall be saved.
Thank You that I have a reason to praise even now. Because You are my praise.

I won’t let pain steal my song.
I won’t let sickness silence my worship.
I won’t let trouble mute my praise.
You are my Healer, so I sing.
You are my Savior, so I sing.
You are my God, so I sing.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

He heard you. Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. That’s a promise.

You don’t have to be strong right now. You just have to be His. And He is your praise.

Proverbs 18:10

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.

Lord,
Your name is a strong tower. When fear comes, I run to You. When trouble rises, I run to You. When I feel weak, I run to You. Hide me in Your name. Keep me safe in You. I don’t need another defense. You are my defense.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

You have a strong tower. Run to His name today. You are safe there.
