P.E.A.C.E mission is to attain, sustain, and nurture your physical and mental health through physical activity. Attaining your physical and mental health by putting yourself first. Sustaining your physical and mental health by being consistent. Nurturing your physical and mental health by being protective and mindful of what you allow to enter your body and mind. You have to begin in order to win and once you begin you are one step closer to a stronger and healthier you both mentally and physically.

PEACE / Physical Empowerment Achieved through Consistent Exercise is inviting you to join us on our September “Walk With Me” day. Meet us at Yvonne B. Burke Sports Complex located at 5401 S. Fairfax, Los Angeles, CA 90056 on September 26, 2026, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. We will meet at the entrance that is closest to Home Depot and next to the office building (our usual spot).

Join us as we end the summer encouraging and motivating one another while getting our physical activity in. Keeping our commitment to consistent physical activity is our number one priority. Consistency over complacency is one of the keys to a healthy lifestyle.

There is NO pressure…..walk at your own pace. Water will be provided.
We look forward to seeing everyone 😁.

PEACE / Physical Empowerment Achieved through Consistent Exercise held our August “Walk With Me” day this morning at Darby Park in Inglewood.

What a time we had! So many joined us in getting our physical activity in. We had walkers who joined us for the first time, returning walkers who we haven’t seen in a while, and of course our walkers that come out every month. Much laughter, great motivation, and excellent company was had by all. I was so glad to see so many making their health a priority ❤️.

Make the decision to join us at our next “Walk With Me” day, you won’t regret it. Physical activity will make you feel better, sleep better, think better, look better and move better.

Come out for an hour of physical activity, motivation, and great company. This hour will be an hour well spent, your body will thank you 😊.

Physical activity jump starts your healing process both physically and mentally. Your body is your most valuable possession so give it the time and attention it needs and deserves.

There is absolutely NO pressure…..walk at your own pace. Water will be provided.

PEACE / Physical Empowerment Achieved through Consistent Exercise held our July “Walk With Me” day at Reuben Ingold Park in View/Windsor Hills.

The turnout was great and the time we had was even greater. It was wonderful seeing some of our P.E.A.C.E. walkers that we hadn’t seen in a while. We laughed and motivated one another while we got our much needed physical activity in.

P.E.A.C.E. would love for you to join us on our August “Walk With Me” day. The benefits of consistent exercise such as better sleep, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, less arthritic pain, is worth the sacrifice of one hour on a Saturday morning.

Meet us in Windsor Hills/View Park July 18, 2026, at Rueben Ingold walking park located at 4400 W. Mount Vernon Dr., Los Angeles, CA., 90043. The walk will be from 8:30 to 9:30.

Come out and enjoy the great company, amazing weather, awesome motivation, and beautiful location while doing what is absolutely necessary to maintain good physical and mental health. Physical activity is essential to good health.

There is absolutely NO pressure, walk at your own pace. Workout equipment is also available at the park. Water will be provided.

PEACE / Physical Empowerment Achieved through Consistent Exercise held our June “Walk With Me” day this morning at Rueben Ingold Park in View Park/ Windsor Hills.

The women of SMT (my church family) joined us and we had such a great time. We got up, showed up and did what was absolutely necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Good weather, great company, and a beautiful location. We could not have asked for anything better on a Saturday morning.

Make that choice to be consistent in physical activity and join P.E.A.C.E. on our July “Walk With Me” day.
