As a tarot reader and spiritual coach, Mercury Retrograde is one of the busiest times of the year for me.

Not because I’m afraid of it, but because it’s one of the best opportunities to slow down, reflect, and pay attention to the patterns that are asking to be revisited.

What a lot of people don’t realize is that Mercury Retrograde officially begins June 29, but the shadow period starts June 12. That’s when many people begin noticing the themes of the retrograde showing up: miscommunication, delays, old relationships resurfacing, and invitations to reassess what isn’t working.

I’ve been using a few tools from Goddess Provisions to help me stay grounded during this season:
