If you struggle to meet devoted, quality partners, if you constantly get trapped inside your own head, or if you’ve made so many messy relationship mistakes that you don’t even trust your own gut anymore. You belong here if opening your heart up vulnerably to another soul scares the absolute s**t out of you, or if you find yourself falling in love way too fast and end up frantically pushing that person away before they can see your shadows. I know the paralyzing confusion of wondering when to stay and work on a relationship versus knowing when it is dead in the water and it’s time to walk away cleanly. I know what it feels like to be so deeply afraid of getting hurt again that you question if your nervous system would even survive the pain, yet you are still sitting in the quiet yearning to connect on every single level with someone who really gets you and gets you going.

I know exactly how you feel because two divorces, I was still feeling like total crap, desperately outsourcing my worth by searching for “the one” whether that meant a lover, a bigger bank account, a smaller butt, or anything on the outside just to avoid having to face, feel, and heal what was screaming on the inside.

But after walking thousands of men, women, and couples home to their truth, I discovered how to be totally okay being authentically YOU, instead of hiding the raw parts you deem unworthy just because you were rejected or played in the past. In my book, Finding “The One” Is Bulls**t. Becoming “The One” Is Brilliant and Beautiful, I pull back the curtain on why hunting for a savior is getting you the exact opposite results, and I share new points of view and proven paths to completely heal those subconscious wounds.

It is time to stop the frantic chase, drop the performance, and learn the exact steps to awaken your capacity for deep, true, intimate connection with another, by starting right inside your own skin.

Some feelings aren’t here to be fixed. They’re here to be felt all the way through. That’s where pain can become power, shame can become truth, and guilt can become forgiveness..

Sometimes “I’m sorry” is just a reset button. The words are said, the tension settles, and then… nothing actually changes. Maybe you were hurt, betrayed, abused, dismissed, lied to, cheated on or made to feel like you were asking for too much. You didn’t deserve that.

But my love, the question eventually becomes: what are you going to do with what happened to you?

Are you going to keep recreating the wound inside yourself by abandoning your truth, questioning your worth, or handing someone else the keys to your safety? Or are you willing to get radically curious about what’s actually running the show? Because I’ve learned that real safety isn’t created by controlling what someone else says or does. It’s created when I know, without conditions, I have my own back.

Even when I’m scared. I love and accept myself.
Even when I’m rejected. I love and accept myself.
Even when I’m alone. I love and accept myself.
Even when someone doesn’t understand me. I love and accept myself.

That doesn’t mean I stop growing. Quite the opposite. It means I finally have enough safety within myself to tell the truth, feel the feeling, repair what I’ve broken, receive what life is teaching me, and become more of who I actually am. And this is exactly why I wrote Finding “The One” Is Bullsh*t, Becoming “The One” Is Brilliant & Beautiful. Chapter 3 peels back the layers of what keeps us stuck in blame, whether we’re convinced they were wrong, we were wrong, or we’re still trying to figure out who is to blame at all, so that we can finally return..

Because eventually, the more liberating question isn’t “Whose fault was it?”
It’s “What is this here to teach me about my own patterns?”

So many couples stay stuck in the same loop, “We’ll deal with it later.” Later becomes months. Then years. Then heartbreak. Later never heals anything. Later just piles hurt on top of hurt until the intimacy thread snaps. But today this couple chose something radically brave, to turn toward each other instead of away. To see that the conflict isn’t a sign of failure, it’s a sign that their unintegrated wounds have finally risen to be healed. And the moment they stopped seeing each other as the enemy and started seeing each other as their greatest teacher everything softened.

Because that’s the truth no one tells you, “Every relationship will bring up the part of you that you’ve avoided your entire life. And you can either run… or you can stay in the fire long enough to transform.”

These two chose the fire. Chose ownership. Chose evolution. Chose the possibility of a future where love is no longer built on coping but on truth. This AMA with Allana episode on Patreon goes deeper into this exact shift how couples move from “avoiding” to “awakening” from “it’s falling apart” to “we’re finally healing.”

A lot of people complain about attracting emotionally unavailable partners who are just not the match.. I married a picture-perfect man because some wounded part of me thought his net worth made him more worthy than me. Later, with my heart shattered from losing my mom, I reached for the semblance of security instead of listening to my truth.

Different men. Same little place inside me asking someone else to make me safe. That was my intimacy blindspot. So if familiar keeps masquerading as chemistry, please do not hit Little You upside the head with a two-by-four.

She did not ruin your life. She has been trying her precious best to protect your heart. If opening your heart up vulnerably to another scares the s**t out of you, if you fall in love too fast and end up pushing that person away.

You may be confused about when to stay and work on the relationship and when to know it’s not going anywhere and leave. You may be deeply afraid of getting hurt again, unsure if you will survive the pain yet yearning to connect on all levels with someone who really gets you, and gets you going.

I know that feeling, I kept seeking my worth in my past for searching for ‘The One’… be it a lover, a bigger bank account, anything on the outside so as to not face, feel and heal on the inside. Now after working with thousands of men, women and couples, Allana has discovered how to be totally okay being authentically YOU, instead of hiding parts that you deem unworthy, because you’ve been rejected in the past.

In Finding ‘The One’ Is Bullsh*t, I help you listen to her, that little you, reveal the pattern with compassion, and become available to the love you have been seeking outside yourself..l

You are waking up. Come with me. Start with the book.
