My name is Jackie Alixander, I am an attuned Reiki Master, 7th generation from Master Usui. Energy healing is a SAFE, non-invasive channelling of natural energy to assist the self healing of a person at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It is not aligned to any religion and is directed by spiritual guidance and most importantly, ultimately controlled by the subconscious of the person receiving the treatment. The power of energy healing comes from the early identification of disruptions and disturbances at the level of energy BEFORE they can manifest in diseases and disorders. It also helps the body restore balance and well-being when the energetic disturbances and blockages have already reached the lower levels: the mental, emotional and even physical levels. Energy healing helps by boosting your energy field with different healing energies and by dissolving blockages and balancing chakras. This restores a better flow of energy, which enables self-healing and brings balance into your body, mind, and emotions.

I’m starting a weekly zoom session called HIPPY HEALINGS! Each session will be a small piece of the kinds of things I download for people in sessions: cord cutting, rituals, meditations, visualizations, readings and healings; always healings. Sessions will be Fridays at 12pm PST and Friday the 13th (my brothers bday 🥳) will be my first session! Because it’s a New Moon on Nov 15th we will do cord cutting, to free ourselves for full manifesting power on the 15th 🌝

Cord cutting isn’t about cutting someone out of your life, it’s about cutting out the relationship as it is, so that a renewed relationship can grow - in whatever form is for the greatest good 🦋

2020 is making it super hard to roll with the punches. It’s so much more important to consciously look after your mind, body and spirit. Los Angeles air quality is not something to mess with, you can still do your grounding work inside. Fill a tub/bucket with luke warm water, pour in about half a cup of salt and put your feet in there for at least 10min. Close your eyes and imagine roots growing from the souls of your feet and into the ground. You can add to this process by adding a few drops of lavender or frankincense oil, hold a tourmaline crystal, or light a candle to burn away the negative. Let me know if you already do this or try it out 🦋 Take good care of you 💖

I used to repeat this to myself all the time as a kid, even at a young age know that the moon’s energy was strong. Tonight is the night to set that intention, release blocks and let the moon shine on the person you want to be 🌝
