I let go of the day and welcome the quiet within me.

A perfect way to close out the day. Before you reach for your phone or turn on the TV, try sitting with this for just a few minutes. Let it be an invitation to put down everything you've been carrying - the thoughts, the conversations, the unfinished to do list - and return to yourself.

The quiet is always there. Sometimes we just need a moment to remember it.

A 4-Night / 5-Day All-Inclusive Retreat on the North Fork of Long Island

I'm so excited to finally share this!

This is something I've been building with a lot of care - an intimate, small-group all-inclusive retreat set along the Peconic Bay, designed for people who are ready to step away from the pace of daily life and give themselves real time to rest, reconnect, and reset.

Over five days, we'll move through daily sound baths, mindfulness meditation, breathwork, journaling, and curated nature-based experiences along the coast. Reiki will be woven throughout - and so will space for stillness, reflection, and simply being.

This is a small-group experience by design, so there won't be many spots.

Tomorrow I'll be at New York Insight Meditation Center for their second annual Wellness Fair leading a sound bath and spending the day surrounded by an incredible community of healers, teachers, and practitioners.
