PSA: HRT is not the finish line.
I know we all want a magic pill.
It would be so convenient to take something that would fix all your complaints and give you your dream body... but this simply isn't realistic.
Even if you start hormone replacement therapy, you still need to:
โ Strength train + do cardio
Especially my perimenopausal ladies.
HRT doesn't replace the things your body needs to stay strong, support your heart, maintain muscle and protect your bones.
Taking estrogen or progesterone doesn't magically make your body 20 again... sorry ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
โ Regulate your nervous system
Stress can still affect your symptoms, sleep, energy, cycle and overall health... even when you're using HRT.
โ Build hormone-supportive habits
I was literally talking to a friend who started HRT and told me:
โIโm sleeping mostly better and my energy is sort of there.โ
And honestly? Thatโs exactly the point.
HRT helped her a lot.
But it did NOT fix everything.
Because your hormones don't exist in isolation from the rest of your body.
๐ก And this is where I think so many women are missing the bigger picture.
You don't need to choose between medication or lifestyle.
You need to understand how all of these pieces work together and what your body needs right now.
๐ That is what I teach inside the Safe Burn Blueprint.
How to adjust your workouts, nutrition, and daily habits based on your hormones, stress, symptoms & what your body is actually telling you.
Because HRT can be part of the solution.
But it doesn't have to be the whole solution.
Comment HORMONES and I'll send you the details for the Safe Burn Blueprint.
