I think one of the biggest lies manifestation culture sold people is that if something feels uncomfortable, you must be “out of alignment.”

But becoming someone new IS uncomfortable.

Outgrowing identities is uncomfortable.
Being seen is uncomfortable.
Having more responsibility is uncomfortable.
Leaving behind old coping mechanisms is uncomfortable.
Not knowing who you are anymore for a period of time is uncomfortable.

And honestly?
I think a lot of people abandon themselves the second manifestation stops feeling euphoric.

They mistake nervous system activation for failure.
They mistake uncertainty for misalignment.
They mistake emotional exposure for a bad sign.

But some of the biggest manifestations of my life came after periods where I felt:
confused,
ungrounded,
triggered,
isolated,
emotionally raw,
and deeply uncertain.

Because manifestation is not just about “getting.”
It’s about transformation.

And transformation rarely feels comfortable while it’s happening.

I think one of the biggest misconceptions in manifestation is that just because you *want* something… means you’re ready to hold it.

A few years ago, I was desperate to grow on TikTok. I wanted the audience. The visibility. The validation. I wanted to be seen.

And then it happened.

My videos started blowing up… and instead of feeling excited, I felt exposed.

Every comment felt personal. Every opinion felt threatening. I became hyperaware of being perceived. I started overthinking everything I posted. I retracted myself. Shrunk myself. Disappeared from my own visibility.

Because deep down, my nervous system did not feel safe being seen at that level yet.

And THIS is what people don’t talk about enough.

Manifestation isn’t just about attracting the thing.
It’s about becoming emotionally available for the thing.

Because if your body associates visibility with rejection…
love with abandonment…
money with pressure…
success with loss…

you can manifest it and still subconsciously push it away.

Sometimes your “block” isn’t that you can’t manifest.
It’s that your system is trying to protect you from an experience it doesn’t yet feel safe surviving.

The goal isn’t to force yourself into the reality faster.
The goal is to become the version of you that can actually HOLD it without abandoning yourself in the process.

That’s the real work.

Maybe your “manifestation blocks” aren’t actually blocks.

they’re prediction errors.

In neuroscience, a prediction error happens when your brain encounters something unfamiliar, unexpected, or outside of what it has learned is “safe.”

Your nervous system is constantly trying to predict reality based on your past.

So when you start expanding…
asking for more…
being seen…
receiving differently…
showing up differently..

your body often interprets the unknown as danger.

Not because the desire is wrong.
Because it’s unfamiliar.

This is why manifestation can feel so emotionally uncomfortable.

The fear.
The resistance.
The urge to self-sabotage.
The overthinking.
The emotional spiral.

Those aren’t always signs to stop.

Sometimes they’re signs your system is trying to recalibrate to a reality it hasn’t learned how to safely hold yet.

Which means the work isn’t just “thinking positively.”

It’s learning how to familiarize yourself with the unknown without abandoning yourself in the process.

Because expansion requires your nervous system to stop predicting limitation as your safest option.

And that changes everything.

I’m going to say something that might annoy parts of the manifestation community lol.

Yes… be delulu.
I actually think there’s power in dreaming bigger than your current reality. I think imagination matters. I think embodying a new identity matters.

BUT.

Some of y’all are trying to “high vibe” your way out of survival responses.

And that’s why you keep looping.

Because your issue isn’t always a limiting belief. Sometimes your BODY literally does not feel safe with the thing you say you want.

You want visibility… but your nervous system associates being seen with judgment.

You want love… but intimacy subconsciously feels dangerous.

You want success… but your body associates success with pressure, responsibility, burnout, abandonment, criticism, etc.

So you affirm.
Visualize.
Journal.
Try to stay positive.

But then the second something actually starts shifting… you spiral, overthink, shut down, procrastinate, ghost people, self sabotage, disconnect, numb out, question everything.

And no one talks about this enough.

Some manifestation advice genuinely skips over the fact that people are carrying survival strategies they developed YEARS ago.

That’s why I keep saying:
you do not just have beliefs.

You have patterns of protection.

And healing is not just “thinking better thoughts.”

It’s teaching your body that it’s finally safe to stop bracing for pain that already ended.

The moment you stop trying to prove that you’re “normal,” you become free. 🕊️

Because the truth is…
the thing you’re most afraid people will think about you is usually the thing that holds the most power over you.

For me?
I’m weird.
I think differently.
I see reality differently.
I talk about things most people don’t understand.

And the second I stopped trying to hide that…
it stopped controlling me.

People can’t weaponize what you’ve already owned!!

Freedom comes when you stop looking for acceptance and start telling the truth about who you are.

The right people don’t connect to perfection.
They connect to authenticity.

I think a lot of people believe healing happens BEFORE the experience.

Like one day you magically become confident enough, healed enough, secure enough, regulated enough… and THEN you put yourself out there.

But honestly?
I think it’s the opposite.

I think visibility is often the thing that activates the healing.

Because how do you know what’s still unresolved until life touches it?

You don’t realize how afraid you are of rejection until you’re seen.
You don’t realize how much you abandon yourself until someone misunderstands you.
You don’t realize how unsafe success feels until things actually start working.

And most people interpret the discomfort as a sign to stop.

But what if the discomfort is actually showing you the exact place you’re being asked to expand?

Not because pain is the goal.
Not because suffering is required.

But because you CAN’T heal what you continue avoiding.

At some point you have to stop waiting to feel fully ready and start teaching your body:
“I can survive being visible.”
“I can survive being judged.”
“I can survive not being fully understood.”
“I can survive becoming more of myself.”

That’s where self trust is built. 💕

05/13/2026

I think one of the biggest things I’ve realized is that most people never actually let themselves fully want what they want.

Not because they don’t desire it…
but because some part of them already decided it’s “too unrealistic,” “too far away,” or “probably not going to happen anyway.”

So we downplay it.
We make the dream smaller.
More digestible.
More emotionally safe.

But the thing is… desire is literally an initiation.

When you start wanting more for yourself, it doesn’t just magically feel good all the time. Usually all your stuff comes up first.

The doubt.
The fear.
The “who do you think you are?”
The fear of disappointment.
The fear of losing it.
The fear of being seen.
The fear that maybe you’re still not enough for the life you actually want.

And people think that means they’re doing something wrong.

But honestly… I think that’s the process.

Your desire is trying to pull you into a bigger version of yourself, but your identity is still trying to keep you emotionally safe inside the old one.

That’s why manifestation isn’t just “think positive and receive.”

It’s becoming someone capable of holding more love, more visibility, more success, more life… without subconsciously pulling away from it.

And I swear this is the part nobody talks about.

The reality starts changing after YOU do.

Not because the world magically became different overnight…
but because your perception changes.
Your standards change.
Your decisions change.
What you notice changes.

You stop filtering life through the same wounded lens.

And suddenly opportunities, people, ideas, synchronicities… start finding you differently too.

05/11/2026

Magic is real.
But not in the childish way we were taught.

The “magic” is that reality begins responding differently when YOU begin relating to yourself and life differently.

05/10/2026

I think the modern manifestation industry accidentally created a lot of shame.

Because people were taught:
“Set the intention.”
“Stay high vibe.”
“Visualize.”
“And it will come.”

So when life got harder instead of easier…
when relationships fell apart…
when everything started collapsing…

they assumed they were failing spiritually.

But what if the breakdown WAS the manifestation process?

What if life was bringing you face to face with every belief, wound, fear, attachment, and limitation that could not coexist with the reality you were asking for?

Because that’s what happened to me.

Manifestation wasn’t a magic trick.
It was an initiation.
