“Lithium reverses dementia.”

That’s the claim.

In this reel, we compare how a biohacker presents the study vs how a neurologist does.

Same study. Completely different message.

One leans on hype and incorrect claims. The other sticks to the data.

We break it down in this Science or Snake Oil segment.

Harvard study = Alzheimer’s cure?” 🚨

Nope, just mice, marketing, and a sales funnel.

human data and animal data are different.

Don’t let influencers gamble with your brain or your kidneys.

Science ≠ snake oil.

Comment “LITHIUM” for the breakdown.

“NAD reverses dementia symptoms.”

That’s the claim.

cites studies, so we checked them.

Turns out he’s presenting animal research as if it were human data, a major mistake that completely changes what the evidence actually shows.

We break down the studies and the interpretation in this Science or Snake Oil segment.

Comment NAD and we’ll send you the Snake Oil Report.

Sounds great…
Except dementia is one of the most complex diseases in medicine.

“Reversing dementia with eggs, avocados, and sauna? 🚨 Not so fast.

A mouse study on NAD ≠ proof you can reverse Alzheimer’s in humans. Big claims. Tiny evidence.

We break down the snake oil tactics uses to sell his brain hacking book.

You can’t diagnose CTE with a brain scan.

Period.

In this clip, Daniel Amen claims his imaging can diagnose CTE and suggests it can be “reversed.”
Both claims fall apart.

CTE cannot be diagnosed in living patients, the study he cites has major flaws, and the athletes he treated were never confirmed to have CTE — just given routine supplements.

Big claims. Weak evidence.

Here’s what the science actually shows.

Instagram took down this post for unknown reasons. Here it is again. Routine VO₂ max testing isn’t necessary for longevity.

The study everyone cites didn’t even measure VO₂ max.

It compares the bottom 25% to the top 2% and turns that into a “must-have” test.

That’s hype — not physiology.

You can estimate your cardiorespiratory fitness with a simple treadmill-based protocol. No lab. No expensive testing.

Comment “PROTOCOL” and I’ll send you the step-by-step guide to test your fitness at home.

Big claim. Bad math.

Daniel and Kevin break down Clint Steele’s claim that a single pill can reverse dementia. Before we even get to the scientific evidence behind the individual ingredients, the claim fails basic logic.

You simply can’t fit that many supplements, at effective doses, into one capsule.

Extraordinary claims require more than confidence and a product pitch. They require evidence—and math that actually works.
