Tune Within, Sound Immersion Sound Healing, Sound Immersion, Sound Integration What is Sound Healing? This allows the body to re-tune to its natural flow. It's very healing. I was blown away!

Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind/spirit of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. Each sound bowl emits a resonant frequency that is connected to a specific part of the energetic body system (chakra.) Because our body, spirit, and mind are so connected we hold thoughts, beliefs, habits in our energetic system. The sound frequencies enable a deep meditation, physical relaxation, and an energetic body wash! They go into the energetic body and "shake out" whatever is out of flow and out of alignment.
