Willow Anxiety And OCD

Willow Anxiety And OCD Welcome to Willow Anxiety And OCD. Our center specializes in the treatment of anxiety, mood, and related conditions. Welcome to Willow Anxiety and OCD.

At our center, we practice cutting edge, evidence-based clinical interventions to help you cope better. We pride ourselves for being one of the handful of centers in the Bay Area to incorporate treatment outcome research and training/supervision/consultation opportunities. For Prospective Clients
This is a safe space for thinking about and understanding how the issues you are facing may be getting

in the way of living a fulfilling life. Acceptance of having these issues is often difficult but is the first step in getting help. Successful treatment depends on a number of factors including but not limited to the expertise of the therapist for treating the target condition, willingness of the client to take a leap of faith and trust the process of treatment, and a good fit between the therapist and the client. At Willow, we believe in using empirically supported treatment approaches and to that end, assessing quantifiable progress is valuable. With your explicit consent we collect treatment outcome data to track changes in your quality of life and target symptoms. This information is helpful in shaping your treatment plan. We can also look at observable and measurable changes. Additionally, it provides us with a clear picture of how we are doing as a treatment center. For Trainees/Supervisees
We care about dissemination of evidence-based treatment protocols. For that reason, one of our goals is to provide excellent clinical supervision for students seeking external practicum placements during graduate school, for psychological assistants, and for post-doctoral candidates.
