Please spread the word about the open position at Willow Anxiety and OCD and if you know of anybody who may be interested, please send them my way.
We are hiring for the position of a psychologist or a doctoral fellow or an associate (PhD, PsyD, AMFT, LMFT). The position is part-time with the possibility of a full-time opening in the future. We would like to hire a candidate who is interested in staying with the center longer term.
We would like the ideal candidate to have prior training in evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, or ACT. We would like you to be passionate about seeing our specific client population and using these modalities. You will see clients for individual therapy, group therapy, and IOP. You will work primarily with children, teens, and their families. There will be opportunities to work with some adults. Interest in research is a plus.
Our center provides cutting edge evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety disorders, perfectionism, mood disorders, BFRBs, and women's health. We are primarily a CBT clinic and in addition, draw heavily from ACT and mindfulness-based theory and practice. In addition to providing excellent treatment to clients and consultation to therapists, we are a training clinic. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional training to our trainees. We strongly believe in disseminating evidence-based therapies. Having trainees also allows us to provide quality treatment on a sliding scale to those who need it. https://www.willowcbt.com/
We work in a collegial and collaborative environment. We emphasize opportunities for professional development and growth. We will provide in-house training/supervision/consultation for working with the client population we see at the center. We offer competitive pay and flexible work hours.
