This beautiful soul came to see me after previous liposuction and bulk heating-based skin tightening treatments simply didn’t give her the results she was expecting. She underwent a full lower facelift ( ) and neck lift ( with contouring of the deeper fat compartments and muscles in the neck), and although quite challenging technically due to the scar tissue and increased vasculature from previous interventions she had gone through, a resounding success!!! I always work hard and take my time for my patients to achieve these kinds of results…expect no less from your surgeon!

6 weeks post op - LOWER FACELIFT, chemical peel and perioral CO2 laser


For anyone who has checked out my work, and appreciates my results, please understand that these procedures take time, require an incredible amount of focus and attention to detail and can be quite costly to the patient. That being said, to some extent (always exceptions), you get what you pay for! A great lower facelift involves particular attention to the neck, as well as complete release of the SMAS in the deep plane. A great surgeon is not a maverick, takes his time, always tries to refine and improve their technique and is universally a patient advocate. I hope my posts can inspire some on the fence about surgical self care!

Shruti, you are strong, resilient, smart, beautiful, caring, supportive and a master task-juggler. You are an incredible mother to our boys. You are always there to console them when they’re sad, help them when they need you (all the time!) and protect them when they are scared. You encourage them when they’re creative and inspire them to pursue what they love. They might not fully grasp how lucky they are to have a mother like you, but luckily, I will always be there to remind them.

Fractional CO2 laser is in my opinion one of the best treatments to improve etched in lines and wrinkles from age, sun damage and over use. Although there is more downtime and the skin can remain a little red for upto 6 weeks (or longer depending on the intensity of treatment), patients generally are ok with a little make up. This laser treatment pairs really well with full face chemical peels (in this case) as well as facelifting (also performed here) and fat transfer surgeries.

They say it takes just a blink of an eye to determine someone’s age in our minds. I’d love to do that exercise with you. We can start off with the before images…then go to the after!
So grateful for the permission to bring these photos to you, as these are my patients and our real results. Only 6 weeks out from full face chemical peel, peri-oral CO2 laser and a lower facelift. No facial make-up, so you can see some residual redness from the peel but this does substantially improve by the 3 month mark and can be camouflaged by make-up. I walked in to see her and was just floored by how good she looked. Couldn’t be happier for her and this outcome!
