One of the biggest patterns I see during summer is how often patients dismiss symptoms that slowly build over time.
Fatigue gets blamed on travel or busy schedules. Headaches get brushed off as heat or dehydration. Poor sleep, brain fog, dizziness, or low energy become things people try to “push through” instead of investigate earlier.
But in many cases, the body starts whispering before it starts shouting.
As a physician, I’ve seen how much easier it can be to address concerns when patients come in during the early stages instead of waiting until symptoms begin disrupting daily life. Summer routines change quickly, and those changes can sometimes mask signs your body is trying to get your attention.
At Los Gatos Doc, we focus on proactive, personalized care that helps patients understand what’s normal, what’s not, and when it’s worth taking a closer look. 🩺☀️
