Arugula Accents Good for the Skin – Greens for Lunch!
Grilling up an Arugula and baby spinach mix with lunch this afternoon. Arugula is an ancient green leafy plant with fresh peppery flavors and hints of bitters for a nice zing. It's quite nutritious with anti-oxidants, high in vitamins A and Vitamin C – which is good for the skin. 🐼
