My little story… I’ve worked in the operating room since 1994. During this time I saw patients that had preventable diseases.
I decided to go back to college in my 30s to find a way to help people prevent diesease and therefore prevent surgeries.
For some reason I knew in my heart, that between nutrition, exercise and stress management it could prevent it.
Little did I know that the stress I had incurred working in healthcare took a toll on me.
I was diagnosed in 2016 with multiple sclerosis . I never thought that going to school to prevent disease for others would now be the same tools that I needed to help myself.
I was told to quit my job, move out of the state and only work part-time. My neurologist said I would be disabled within 10 years.
It’s now 2026 and I’m thriving by following everything that I learned. It’s funny how life teaches you lessons.
I changed everything and bet on myself.
To stick to my goals of helping others prevent illness and become healthier, stronger and a mentally stable human being.
That’s why I combined my mind and body wellness practice with therapeutic massage.
It’s a beautiful way to integrate the healing capabilities of our minds capacity with our body and the human touch.
I hope you join me in recovering who you once were. Healthier, happier, and living the best life possible.. 🥰
